Rey Mysterio def. Bael in a Falls Count Anywhere MatchIn a dark match for tonight's Pay-Per-View, Mysterio takes it against Bael with a 619, with use of a steel chair, then a springboard splash to put Bael away.August 28 2016 Angelico wins Ultimate X and becomes new #1 Contender for the X-Division ChampionshipBefore Angelico won it, Ricochet was close to doing so before DJ Z came out, with a mouth restraint, and pulled Ricochet down before hitting the Filipino Destroyer.Shawn Michaels is seen in his office, shaking his head thinking he should've had an enforcer for that match too. Then walks in Irish Borne, Don and Jacob Crist, who feel they should be given an opportunity of sorts. Michaels says they lost the gauntlet this past Monday, so he can't help them. The Crist brothers leave upset, as Shawn directs his attention to the ring for the final gauntlet match, where Makabe and Honma are entering the ring. They wait inside until one of the hottest free agent tag teams blow the roof off the place with their music and entrance video... The BRISCOES! The Briscoe Brothers are here in TNA! Mark and Jay come out to a roar from the crowd, probably familiar with their work in ROH and around the globe, as they head down the ring ready to earn themselves TNA contracts and claim to be #1 contenders for the gold in their debut. The Briscoes def. Togi Makabe & Tomoaki Honma in a Free Agent Match for TNA ContractsSpike Jay-Driller topped an impressive debut, earning themselves spots in TNA, as well as being named the #1 contenders, finishing out the gauntlet.Bobby Roode is interviewed by Jeremy Borash right before his I Quit match with Austin Aries in moments. Bobby vows this ends tonight, one way or another. Bobby then says after tonight, he's gunning for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, as he knows he needs to reclaim his spot as the longest reigning champ in history. Bobby Roode def. Austin Aries in an I Quit MatchThis gets nasty between two former best friends, which ends in Roode forcing a bloody Aries to quit in a Crossface hold, applied with a barbed wire baseball bat.We cut to another location for this Lion's Den Match up next, while the fans in attendance watch on-screen. Beloved TNA personality Mike Tenay is with 5-time Knockouts Champion Gail Kim to call the action, as Tenay begins by welcoming Gail Kim back and asking her how the arm feels. Gail replied Thunnel tried to put her back out of action this past Monday, but the shoulder's fine, thanks to Hiroyo. Right before they come out, Tenay asks Kim who she wants to win the match, when Kim surprisingly responds she's torn. On one hand, she hates Thunnel and in the same breath, loves Hiroyo and has taken her under her wing. Then again, she wants to get her hands on Thunnel and it would kill two birds in one stone to win the Knockouts Championship in the process. The two females are introduced, as we are set to have this match now. Jenny Thunnel(c) def. Hiroyo in a Lion's Den to retain the TNA Knockouts ChampionshipTowards the end, you could hear Kim rooting for Hiroyo, but Hiroyo got caught in the Kimura, faded, and the ref called it.After the match, Jenny Thunnel lets out a roar and gets handed her TNA Knockouts Championship. After exiting, she goes by to mouth a few words off at Gail Kim, and Thunnel backs away when Kim stands up. We then go back to the main ringside with Don West and Kurt Angle, as they mention they've set up a steel cage, ready for the 3 Degrees of Pain Match, Jericho/Styles II, and it's for the TNA X-Division Championship. Chris Jericho def. AJ Styles(c) in a 3 Degrees of Pain Match to win the TNA X-Division ChampionshipJericho took the first with a Codebreaker, but tapped to a Calf Killer applied by AJ, but then eventually escaped by door before Styles could climb the wall and exit, crowning Jericho his first gold in TNA.Backstage, Chris Sabin is about ready to go to the ring with Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro when TNA President Shawn Michaels comes up. Shawn informs Sabin he's ordered the ring crew to leave the steel cage up, and when Sabin doesn't follow, Aiden O'Shea explains to him. Sabin's ticked off, just learning he'll be locked inside a cage with the psychotic Ciampa next! Ciampa def. Chris Sabin w/Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro in a Steel Cage MatchThough O'Shea and Castro are at ringside, they can't figure out a way in, and Ciampa has his way with Sabin, making him tap out to the Sicilian Stretch. We take a look back with a video package through the Two Cool Bucks, winning the championships in their TNA debut against The Wolves last year on September 21st, and their many ups-and-downs to their third TNA Tag Team Championship reign. We then slow down to see each match in the series thus far between Two Cool Bucks and The Wolves, which leads to tonight, and up next is the deciding Match 7. The Wolves def. Two Cool Bucks(c) in Match 7 of the TNA Tag Team Championship SeriesAn incredible back-and-forth match that lasted a bit over 20 minutes, one that could've ended on several occasions, but it was Stereo Superkicks by the WOLVES on both Bucks, then one of those knocking Nick Jackson out of the ring as they hit Force of Nature on Matt Jackson to become the new champions!Chris Jericho is backstage as the newly crowned X-Division Champion from earlier tonight, as JB tries to get a word in, but Jericho's so overwhelmed, but promises to be a great X-Division Champion. Don West and Kurt Angle take over, as it's time for the main event, a triple threat for the biggest prize in TNA. West asks Angle his pick, which is obviously Patriot 2000, while Don West has his money on Ethan Carter III, who was never pinned to lose the championship in the first place. When Angle mentions a triple threat would ensure the same, West just begs it's not Mr. Anderson, as we play a video package before the main event. Mr. Anderson(c) def. Ethan Carter III and Patriot 2000 to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship With Tyrus at ringside enforcing no outside interference, Anderson is on the ropes with EC3 and Patriot 2000 taking the champ out. All of a sudden, pyro goes off above the ring and then the lights go out. Fans scream until the lights come back on, in which Patriot 2000 is on the outside, EC3 is laid out in the ring, and Tyrus is searching the ringside area to see what's going on, but Mr. Anderson goes over, covering a lifeless EC3 body for 3.
Mr. Anderson is handed the TNA World Heavyweight Championship on his chest as he clutches to it, while Tyrus is upset, then TNA President Shawn Michaels comes down to talk to Tyrus, as they try to wonder what went on when the lights were out, as this ends Hardcore Justice 2016. Chosen One went 3-5 in his predictions this contest.

August 29 2016 Shawn Michaels begins this episode in the ring as we get through playbacks from last night's Hardcore Justice, mainly focusing on the shady ending to last night's title match. The President of TNA says he won't have any of it, and says there's only one explanation to it, that The Force got involved. The Force came out, along with champion Mr. Anderson, who refused to have any part in it. Jarrett said he expected it, while telling Shawn his alibi. Benjamin couldn't tell his, but Shawn says he's making a match tonight between Ethan Carter III and Patriot 2000, where the winner gets an opportunity at Mr. Anderson next week for the championship, regardless. As Michaels left the ring to a disgruntled Force, Don West and Kurt Angle run down the card for tonight, which includes Angelico challenging Chris Jericho for the X-Division Championship, Ivelisse taking on Taryn Terrell, and an explanation from DJ Z after his involvement in the Ultimate X Match. Now, we go to the ring for a tag team match for Irish Borne, a match they requested tonight.
Irish Borne def. Togi Makabe & Tomoaki Honma Don and Jacob Crist got revenge on Makabe and Honma for keeping them from Hardcore Justice, settling the score with Irish Coffee.
Tyrus is pounding the music through his headphones when Ethan Carter III taps on his shoulder. EC3 says he doesn't want to start something, but he feels he should've walked out of Hardcore Justice with the championship, and knows what an attack from The Force feels like, and it didn't fit last night. Tyrus swore he had nothing to do with it, but he's already been approached by Shawn Michaels and has been named the special guest referee next week, this mentioned before wishing EC3 good luck tonight.
Taryn Terrell def. Ivelisse Terrell exposed the middle turnbuckle before using a drop toehold to send Ivelisse's face in, while rolling her up in a schoolgirl for the win.
Angelico is being interviewed by Jeremy Borash backstage about cashing in his opportunity tonight, saying he feels a little sore, but he can't wait any longer to win his first amount of gold since arriving last year. Chris Jericho spoils the party with the X-Division Championship displayed on his shoulder, while giving Angelico credit for an impressive year, he brings up his career credentials. Jericho also mentions he went through Ultimate X last night which is bad enough, but he endured 3 Degrees of Pain just to win the championship, and so he won't have a one-day reign. They stared down before commercial, as the match is up next!
Right back from commercial, we go backstage to a developing fight between Dirty Standards and Tigre Uno, but Rey Mysterio comes to the save, checking on his student.
Chris Jericho(c) def. Angelico to retain the TNA X-Division Championship Angelico was impressive and his youth showed athleticism, but also showed inexperience getting trapped in the Walls of Jericho, having no choice but to submit.
DJ Z came to the ring to a new tune, but still the same mouth restraint we saw last night at Hardcore Justice. DJ Z headed to the ring and stood there for a while before grabbing a microphone and then getting his music cut off. He stood there, then raised the mic to his restrained mouth, and lowered it back down for a tease. He then drops the microphone and begins to walk out, but is met with a hot Ricochet who attacks DJ Z, while the security guards have to pull Ricochet off DJ Z. Ricochet is held back as DJ Z looks at Ricochet and continues on his way to the back, showing no emotion.
Ivelisse is backstage complaining to Shawn Michaels about how Terrell won the match earlier, who is understanding enough to grant her another match next week. Shawn is then bombarded with another problem, Dasher Hatfield, who demands a match. Shawn caves, but schedules it for next week, wrestling Homicide a second time.
Back to the ring, The Wolves are standing as the new TNA World Tag Team Champions. They recap what it's been like this last year, and to finally get the championships, they feel they've come full-circle and can now say they're the best in TNA, the best in the world, and will stop at nothing to keep the titles. They're interrupted by The Briscoes who claim their spot in the division after winning the gauntlet last night, and the titles will be coming to them soon. Davey and Eddie said they just got them back, so that won't happen, but The Briscoes assure it would, as the two teams stare off for the first time.
Bobby Roode def. Chris Sabin w/Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro Roode made quick work of Sabin, as Tigre Uno and Rey Mysterio rushed down to return the favor to O'Shea and Castro earlier, when Bobby turned a distracted Sabin around for the Roode Bomb to win.
Knockouts Champion Jenny Thunnel is backstage with Jeremy Borash who asks about last night in the Lion's Den, when Thunnel pats herself on the back for beating Hiroyo and proving who was the best newest knockout to come to TNA this year. Borash asks what lies ahead, and Jenny tells JB he won't want to miss next week, because she has something special for Gail Kim. Borash then sends it to ringside where Don West and Kurt Angle get ready for a #1 contenders match, the winner moving on next week to challenge Mr. Anderson. They also mention next week we'll see Ivelisse get a rematch with Taryn Terrell, winless Dasher Hatfield trying to change that against Homicide, as well as The Briscoes making their in-ring Impact debut.
Ethan Carter III def. Patriot 2000 In a close match, it took EC3's One-Percenter from the middle rope to finish off Patriot 2000 and earn a title opportunity next week against Mr. Anderson.
As EC3 was celebrating, The Force's music hit and EC3 immediately went outside the ring for a steel chair before sliding back in. Benjamin, Jarrett, and Anderson lurked the ring until the music of Tyrus, next week's special guest referee, and the presence of Tyrus coming down had The Force escape through the crowd. Tyrus and EC3 stood in the ring together, as Ethan tried to get a read on his former bodyguard as Impact went off the air.

Yes!!! I've been waiting for you to post the show! Very interesting to have EC3 and Tyrus "together" like that. But I feel somethings up with Tyrus. I could see him cost EC3 next week. Cant wait to read!

Cant wait to read! My intentions were to wait until my birthday (Monday) but I figured I'd end the torturous anticipation I've got big things in store for TNA, even for my WWE booker, but it's just about getting there.

September 5 2016 TNA President Shawn Michaels began the night speaking of being in business with Donald Trump for one year, and he feels TNA has taken a major step forward in such a short amount of time, while claiming TNA can go head-to-head with anyone today (referencing their slot on Mondays against Raw). Michaels mentions the next special is TNA Heartbreak on September 19th in two weeks, and before he had the chance to leave the ring, "It Factor" Bobby Roode came down. Bobby said he realizes there's a title match tonight between Mr. Anderson and EC3, but there's nothing in stone for two weeks, feeling it just isn't right. Roode says he wants the winner in two weeks, when Shawn tells him to slow his role. Michaels then thinks about it, also hearing from the fans, and tells Bobby if he wants it, he'll have to face Shelton Benjamin next. Benjamin comes down, accompanied by Jeff Jarrett, for the opening match of the night.
Bobby Roode def. Shelton Benjamin Though tested, Roode looked great, then ending this match with a Crossface applied, pressure Shelton couldn't overcome.
The Wolves, the reigning TNA Tag Team Champions, are interviewed by Jeremy Borash and immediately asked about The Briscoes debuting on Impact tonight. Eddie said they went back to watch their match from Hardcore Justice, and it was spectacular, and they're familiar with Jay and Mark's work around the globe. Davey said the fans will see a legit team tonight, but none better than The Wolves.
Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro w/Chris Sabin def. Rey Mysterio and Tigre Uno Rey and Tigre dominated the entire match but Castro distracted the referee with an attack on Tigre Uno during Rey's 619 attempt, when Sabin used a nightstick to Rey's knee before connecting, then O'Shea hitting Boomstick to win.
Backstage, Ethan Carter III is preparing for his title match when Jeff Jarrett comes by. Jarrett said he came in peace, but lets EC3 know he didn't get involved at Hardcore Justice. EC3 said Hardcore Justice is in the past, but tonight is the present, and tonight he reclaims what is rightfully his.
Taryn Terrell def. Ivelisse This week, Terrell lured the referee into the corner by trying to expose another turnbuckle, so the referee was trying to get it back on when Terrell raked the eyes of Ivelisse and got in a small package to pick up the win.
Dasher Hatfield is being interviewed, as he recalls tonight as his opportunity to prove he's not a bust... as he just can't find the word, with his English poor, yet walks away from Borash to go to this match.
Homicide w/Hernandez def. Dasher Hatfield Homicide and Hatfield were trading blows at the top when Homicide won it, pushing Hatfield off and hitting a Frog Splash to win.
Ivelisse is irate backstage and is shouting before Shawn Michaels gets to calm her down, making a match for TNA Heartbreak in two weeks, but Ivelisse refuses, saying she can't wait two weeks. Ivelisse demands the match be made next week, when Michaels caves to the wishes.
Knockouts Champion Jenny Thunnel is in the ring with a mic in her hand and says she has a surprise for Gail Kim, as she mentions Kim's long tenure in TNA and wants to immortalize it, so she had the following collage put together. Thunnel gives commentary for Kim as it goes through her baby and adolescent years, then into her TNA debut as a manager, then as a wrestler, her five reigns as Knockouts Champions, then a photo of a crying Gail Kim face on Hiroyo's body at Hardcore Justice, and then another photoshop of Gail's face, picting Gail in a full-body cast in the hospital, as Thunnel says this is in Gail Kim's future if she ever decides to get in the way. This sounds off Gail Kim's music, who comes down and says the collage was cute, but she's ready to be Knockouts Champion again. Thunnel asked if the arm was okay, and Kim stays on topic, challenging Thunnel to a match in two weeks. Jenny recalled Gail Kim losing the title last year to Awesome Kong on September 21st, so she obviously doesn't have great luck in this month, so it's accepted. Gail then slaps Jenny Thunnel so hard before exiting the ring as Thunnel cracks a smile.
Backstage, X-Division Champion Chris Jericho is getting interviewed by Jeremy Borash about what's next for him. Jericho begins to list some future challengers potentially, but he's blindsided from behind by Hernandez and in comes Homicide to join in. Homicide shouts he forgot him, and he's claiming what rightfully belongs to him before storming off.
The Briscoes def. Irish Borne Two of the newer tandems on the scene squared off and the Briscoes were impressive, using a Spike Jay-Driller to put Don Crist out.
The Wolves were shown watching backstage and when approached by Shawn Michaels, The Wolves gave their approval to The Briscoes. Davey and Eddie asked for Jay and Mark's title opportunity for 2 weeks at TNA Heartbreak, with Michaels agreeing to make the match. Immediately, Ricochet comes in attempting not to be disrespectful, but demands he gets his hands on DJ Z next week. There's no dispute from Shawn for this either, making that match for next week's Impact.
The commentators Don West and Kurt Angle have time before the main event next, and let people know what's going down next week. Ivelisse up against Taryn Terrell in their brewing rivalry, Ricochet the same with DJ Z, and a vow from Shawn Michaels we'll name a new #1 contender for Jericho's X-Division Championship. West and Angle speculate it won't be Homicide, sources claiming Shawn isn't happy with LAX's method this year. We get ready for the world title match next, as Tyrus comes in for his referee duties.
Mr. Anderson(c) def. Ethan Carter III to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship Towards the end, The Force came down and distracted Tyrus. As Tyrus tried shooing them away, Anderson grabbed the belt and before he could swing, Tyrus turned back around and caught Anderson red-handed. Tyrus then charged at EC3 and knocked him down before hitting a Splat! Tyrus then held EC3 up for Anderson to hit a Mic Check to win the match.
Tyrus raised the hand of the champion and The Force got in the ring to celebrate as The Force has outsmarted the administration once again, ending Impact on a bad note once again.

September 12 2016 Tonight's Impact begins with a video package of the last year in TNA and its highlights along with some memorable moments. Don West and Kurt Angle, afterwards, then hypes next week's TNA Heartbreak on Monday, one-year of the new regime for TNA. The Force then comes to the ring along with Tyrus and clarify any confusion, Jeff Jarrett insisting that Tyrus is NOT apart of The Force. Tyrus said what he did last week wasn't about The Force, but it was about TNA not having another "intermediate period" with Ethan Carter III as champion. EC3 came out, but restrained himself with space, and after bring Tyrus down memory lane, EC3 tricks Tyrus into accepting a match for next week's TNA Heartbreak. After this is done, Bobby Roode comes out beside EC3 and directs his attention to Mr. Anderson and the world title next week, which gets EC3's approval, but not The Force's. Shawn Michaels then comes out and recites Roode beating Shelton Benjamin last week, and that was the deal in place. Jeff Jarrett then takes over and makes the challenge to Bobby Roode tonight, if he wins, he can have Mr. Anderson next week. Shawn was about to decline for Roode's sake, but Roode agreed on those terms.
The Wolves def. John Hennigan and Robbie E in a non-title match The Briscoes had front-row seats, scouting The Wolves. Hennigan and Robbie's ring rust showed, with The Wolves winning convincingly with Force of Nature to Robbie E
Gail Kim is backstage and asked about last week with Jenny Thunnel in the ring. Kim says it was all fun and she knows that, and she can respect that, so much so that she's got a surprise for Jenny Thunnel tonight, and to consider it a "Thank you" gift.
Ivelisse def. Taryn Terrell Ivelisse finally avenged Terrell's nonsense with a crossbody pin, but it looked as if Terrell knocked her head and needed medical assistance leaving the ring.
Shawn Michaels is backstage with Jeremy Borash, as Borash asks a question regarding Chris Jericho's opponent for next week's TNA Heartbreak. Michaels announces the winner of the DJ Z and Ricochet match tonight will receive an X-Division Championship Match next week. Chris Jericho comes up to Shawn, however, disagreeing. Jericho asks what Shawn will do about Homicide attacking him last week, and before Shawn could articulate a response, Homicide comes in with Hernandez to stir the pot. Michaels is overwhelmed, so in effect caves, doing the "best he can do" placing Homicide in the match for a triple threat. Ricochet overhears this and argues the case, saying it should be about getting his revenge on DJ Z, not some gimmick triple threat. Jericho, Homicide, and Ricochet all argue as Shawn looks on, DJ Z walked through in the background with his mouth restraint to nobody's realization, while Michaels just has enough and leaves, with the match up next.
Homicide w/Hernandez def. DJ Z and Ricochet Ricochet was primarily focused on getting DJ Z and did so successfully, even got the mouth restraint off, but DJ Z rolled out of the ring and quickly scurried away. Ricochet hollered after him, but Homicide used this to catch Ricochet for a Gringo Killer to steal a title opportunity.
Jeff Jarrett, alone backstage, is approached by Bobby Roode. Roode uses EC3's method from earlier, going down memory lane with Jeff Jarrett, one that's longer than his arm. Jarrett begins to get the feels when Bobby says he's thankful for Jarrett giving him the opportunity to make a name here, but that feeling quickly faded when Roode said he's just as thankful for Jarrett giving him the opportunity to become world champion again next week. Roode walks away as Jarrett's blood boils for the main event tonight.
Knockouts Champion Jenny Thunnel comes out for action tonight, but before she does, mocks Gail Kim on the microphone about a "surprise".
Jenny Thunnel def. Jade in a non-title match Thunnel used the Cross Armbreaker to win, but Gail Kim rushed the ring and attacked Thunnel afterwards, locking in Jenny's Kimura Lock on the champ! Jenny was able to crawl out of it, but shocked that Kim's put Thunnel's submission in her arsenal for next week.
Homicide and Hernandez are celebrating the opportunity Homicide has next week, but Shawn Michaels comes to spoil the party. Shawn makes it clear he's not happy with LAX since their return to TNA. Shawn warns Homicide he's fighting for more than just the X-Division Championship next week at TNA Heartbreak, because if Homicide doesn't win, both he and Hernandez are going to be future endeavored. Shawn leaves these two to this, as Michaels makes his way back to his office where Tigre Uno is already inside. Shawn asks what Tigre Uno wants and here's where the news is broken about Rey Mysterio being out with a knee injury temporarily, so instead, he wants to face Aiden O'Shea next week at TNA Heartbreak, the man who put Rey on the shelf. Michaels nods in approval, commends Tigre Uno looking out for the ones who paved the way for him, so he's got the match.
Already in the ring is Patriot 2000 and asks AJ Styles upfront to come down, in which The Phenomenal One does. This is when Patriot 2000 says neither are scheduled for next week, which is an injustice, asking for a match against Styles next week. The crowd loves it, but AJ warns Patriot 2000 that he's no cakewalk. AJ Styles says Patriot 2000 is wanting to make his name in TNA off AJ Styles, but that doesn't happen. AJ tells Patriot 2000 he'll go crazy after the match, but after making sure Patriot 2000 wants this, accepts. The commentators take this time as Styles and Patriot 2000 to exit the ring, they run down the card for next week's TNA Heartbreak: Ken Anderson(c) vs Bobby Roode - if Bobby wins tonight Chris Jericho(c) vs Homicide w/Hernandez - If Homicide loses, LAX is fired AJ Styles vs Patriot 2000 Ethan Carter III vs Tyrus The Wolves(c) vs The Briscoes Jenny Thunnel(c) vs Gail Kim Aiden O'Shea vs Tigre Uno
Bobby Roode came down first, but here came Jeff Jarrett with The Force and Tyrus behind him. As the official is trying to get The Force to leave ringside, Ethan Carter III comes out with a steel chair in hand, as well as Togi Makabe and Tomoaki Honma for backup. The official allows this, beginning the main event.
Bobby Roode w/EC3, Makabe, and Honma def. Jeff Jarrett w/The Force and Tyrus With both corners invested, emotions ran high when Jarrett succumbed to a crossface, making Bobby Roode the number one contender next week.
Immediately after the bell sounded, The Force and Tyrus got inside to weaken Bobby Roode but were met with EC3, Honma, and Makabe. This 8-man brawl was how we ended tonight's Impact headed into next week's TNA Heartbreak.Chosen One Predictions?

September 19 2016 The episode begins with a video message from owner Donald Trump, who is very proud of what's been accomplished since taking over last year. Trump says he feels TNA is no longer a second choice among wrestlers and the fans. Trump vowed to build on this first year and make the second year unforgettable. Don West and Kurt Angle then hype up tonight's card for TNA Heartbreak, a special for the new era in TNA that began one year ago.
The Wolves(c) def. The Briscoes to retain the TNA World Tag Team Championships An incredible opening bout ends in controversy, with Eddie pinning Mark Briscoe, but Mark's foot was under the bottom rope that the referee didn't catch, having The Wolves retain.
Ethan Carter III is interviewed by Jeremy Borash about tonight, while EC3 says he feels it's a long time coming against Tyrus. EC3 thinks he can't move on with his career and get in the world title picture again until Tyrus is slayed, which is what he plans to do tonight. During his answer, Ethan is assaulted from behind by Shelton Benjamin and is thrown into the concrete wall. Jeff Jarrett steps by and shows false sympathy before laughing and walking off with Benjamin.
Aiden O'Shea def. Tigre Uno After rolling out of the way of a springboard knee, O'Shea hits the Boomstick on Tigre Uno and wins the match.
Gail Kim is interviewed right before going to the ring for her title match next. She emphasizes being put out of action by Jenny Thunnel, and while she's been a 5-time Knockouts Champion and hasn't held the championship in the last year, there's something just as important on her mind. Gail says she not only wants to become a 6-time champ, but she wants to end Jenny Thunnel's time in TNA. These are her last words before headed out to the ring.
Jenny Thunnel(c) def. Gail Kim via disqualification to retain the TNA Knockouts Championship Jenny and Gail were even until Thunnel introduced a chair that Kim would rip from her and then warp Thunnel's back with it.
As Gail Kim was escorted away by security, diffusing the situation, Jenny Thunnel laid on the mat with her championship beside her, gasping for air. We then hear the infamous theme that's associated with Awesome Kong and Kong stands tall at the ramp to show she is back!
Shawn Michaels gets some airtime backstage with Jeremy Borash, but it's under no good terms. Shawn mentions that Ethan Carter III suffered an injury this evening and will be unable to compete. Shawn regrets this happened, but he'll make it up to the fans in more ways than one, vowing the match will happen as soon as EC3 is healthy enough to wrestle.
AJ Styles def. Patriot 2000 A long classic between Styles and Patriot ends with AJ countering a Gutwrench Powerbomb attempt with a Styles Clash to put Patriot 2000 away.
After the match, we see AJ's celebration and the obvious disappointment for Patriot 2000. Patriot 2000 passes the commentary table where he slaps the extended hand of Kurt Angle, one of his biggest supporters. They immediately transition into the X-Division Championship match, one where if the title doesn't change hands, we'll see a legendary TNA tag team leave the company.
Chris Jericho(c) def. Homicide w/Hernandez to retain the TNA X-Division Championship A codebreaker put LAX out of business and kept the title with Chris Jericho.
Right before his title defense, Jeremy Borash tries interviewing Mr. Anderson, but the champion shoos Borash away and holds the mic upside down himself. Anderson goes on about what he's about to do and he has backup, as Shelton Benjamin and Jeff Jarrett walk into the picture. Ken Anderson gives fair warning to Bobby Roode, that is until his opponent steps into the picture with Togi Makabe and Tomoaki Honma. The six stand off and holler, until Shawn Michaels comes and settles things. Shawn says he vowed to pay Benjamin and Jarrett back for earlier tonight, banning Benjamin and Jarrett from ringside tonight. Shawn says it's not enough, that Makabe and Honma will be at ringside for this contest up next. Michaels calls security over to escort Shelton Benjamin and Jeff Jarrett from the building, while we send it back to ringside for a video package before the main event.
Bobby Roode w/Togi Makabe and Tomoaki Honma def. Mr. Anderson(c) to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship As Mr. Anderson was about to lose, he knocked the ref out and this insisted for Makabe to come in and attack Anderson, then for Honma to hit a diving headbutt on the champ, and then Bobby executed a Roode Bomb as they revive the referee to get the count.
Bobby Roode, the new world champion, begins to celebrate with Honma and Makabe in the ring, finally able to dethrone The Force and decapitate its head. This is how we end the TNA Heartbreak tonight, marking the 1-year anniversary of the new era in TNA.
