Taking place July 13th & 14th.
The tournament, named after WWE Hall of Famer and one of the greatest WWE Superstars in history, Mae Young, will feature 32 of the top female competitors from around the world participating in a single-elimination tournament. The unprecedented event will stream later this summer exclusively on WWE Network.
I would be lying if I said I wasn't so incredibly stoked for this! Plus, my favorite indy womens wrestler, Nixon Newell is rumored to be taking part in this! Should be a good time!

I like they'll be putting emphasis on the women's division!! The Four Horsewomen began to demand respect from the WWE Universe, and so they've gotten it!
I hope this brings a lot of talent into NXT for a weak women's division, and WWE can begin to bring people up to the main roster like Asuka, Ember Moon, and those who are ready. The NXT women's division has been entertaining, but not as so when it had Charlotte, Becky, Bayley, and Sasha. Hopefully this brings a deep, DEEP division to Raw, SmackDown, and NXT. This could be the deepest we see the division in the sport's history!!
