May 16 2016 TNA President Shawn Michaels is BACK! Michaels applauds his boss for the job last week and making some matches for tonight, and Shawn explains that at Slammiversary the TNA World Heavyweight Championship will be defended in a King of the Mountain Match. Shawn says that Ethan Carter III and Jeff Jarrett have two of the five spots, and we'll decide one of those spots tonight, when Rey Mysterio takes on Paul London. Rockstar Spud comes out and interrupts Shawn Michaels, demanding his match take place NOW instead of later. Michaels is frozen until Mandrews comes out and a brawl sparks, so the referee comes out to restore order and begin the match.
Mandrews vs. Rockstar Spud ends in a double count-out After wrestling a few minutes in the ring, they escape the ring and battle to the back with disregard to the match, getting counted out.
After a commercial, the two are still in the back battling against each other. Rockstar Spud ends it, crushing the skull of Mandrews between a knee and a crate, leaving Mandrews to medical attention.
John Hennigan and Robbie E def. Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro w/Chris Sabin Right before the bell rings, Sabin insists O'Shea fights in his place. Hennigan ended the match with Moonlight Drive however, pinning Aiden to gain the win.
Shawn Michaels is in his office when Rey Mysterio walks in with Tigre Uno. Rey vouches for Tigre Uno and says he's one of the fastest Lucha Libre stars in the business, and it'd be a crime to not feature him. Rey reminds Shawn that Tigre Uno nearly become world champion when he cashed in Feast or Fired. Michaels asks what exactly Rey wants, when Mysterio says he won't compete tonight unless Tigre Uno is inserted into the match. Shawn is baffled by Rey adding the extra roadblock in his way to Slammiversary, but Shawn accepts and lets it go.
Jenny Thunnel def. Gail Kim in a #1 Contenders Match Gail Kim receives medical attention after tapping to a cross armbreaker, screaming in pain as Thunnel becomes the new #1 contender for the Knockouts Championship.
Austin Aries and Bobby Roode were backstage with Jeremy Borash and when JB mentioned the losing streak Aries and Roode were on, they clammed up and took offense, but mentioned their match with Brooke Enterprise and assures they'll get on the right side of winning.
DJ Z comes out and runs his mouth and says he'd like to enter himself into the King of the Mountain Match, but Shawn's insisted he wrestle tonight to use the air-quotes "prove his worth". DJ Z was surprised to see Bael answer the call.
Bael def. DJ Z The former Krew and Dirty Standards member put DJ Z and his mouth away quickly off a Delikado.
Don West and Kurt Angle conduct an interview via satellite with Lashley, who has taken time off since January's Feast or Fired Match. Lashley says he wanted to announce that he is coming back next week to Trump Plaza Hotel for Impact. Lashley mentioned he's been itching to get back in a pro wrestling ring, and the timing seems right.
Brooke Enterprise def. Dirty Heels Drew Galloway's Future Shock DDT nails Austin Aries to get the win for Brooke's clientele.
Chris Sabin, along with Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro, confront Shawn Michaels as Sabin tries to convince Shawn to put him in the King of the Mountain Match, and said he'd even go as far as to do one of those "qualifying gimmick matches". Shawn then says as a former competitor in the ring, he's taken offense to Sabin's recent antics, like refusing to compete tonight last-minute and his cheating ways against Jeff Jarrett last week. Shawn says however, he won't force Sabin to compete in a qualifier, but turns the tables from the tease to making Jarrett versus Sabin for next week's match. Michaels tells Sabin if he can win next week, he'll be inserted into the King of the Mountain Match, but bars O'Shea and Castro from ringside.
Rey Mysterio def. Paul London and Tigre Uno in a King of the Mountain Qualifier Pushing so had for Tigre Uno to be placed in the match, Tigre Uno is actually the one pinned by Mysterio after a 619 and Springboard Splash.
After the match, Rey Mysterio picked Tigre Uno up and Paul London came in the ring for the three to celebrate as the fans gave a standing ovation after an exciting triple threat main event. This celebration is cut short by Dirty Standards who finish their message by Sabin hitting Cradle Shock on the newest King of the Mountain competitor, Mysterio, as Impact goes off the air this week with the commentators getting in a quick reminder that Lashley will kick off the show next Monday and fans won't want to miss it!SLAMMIVERSARYTNA World Heavyweight Championship King of the Mountain MatchEthan Carter III(c) vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Rey Mysterio TNA Knockouts Championship MatchAwesome Kong(c) vs. Jenny Thunnel

May 23 2016 The week-long anticipated return of Lashley is here as The Destroyer headed to the ring. Lashley explained his absence, saying he needed the last 4 months to himself and to improve in the wrestling ring. Lashley said he is back to become TNA World Heavyweight Champion again, but Lashley snaps at the fans cheering him. Lashley says that the fans hadn't missed him for the last four months, said he got no fan mail, and accuses the fans of forgetting about him. Lashley then was interrupted by the lights going out and the titantron coming on first, as the fans roared as it said in big letters 'Chris Jericho'. The iconic wrestling figure emerges in his pose with the spotlight as he turns around and the lights come back on. Jericho takes his time to the ring and he'd have a staredown with Lashley as Jericho relishes in the crowd excitement. Jericho says he's been waiting for this for a long time, and says when he heard Lashley was coming tonight, he got on the phone immediately with Donald Trump and said it was time. Jericho said he took less money in his negotiations so he could stand face-to-face with Lashley, and Jericho asks to face Lashley at Slammiversary. Lashley thought about it, and then said beating Jericho at a PPV such as Slammiversary is going to launch him back to where he needs to be, and he accepts Jericho's challenge!
After the commercial, commentators Don West and Kurt Angle are still buzzing about the appearance of Chris Jericho. They're showing tweets just moments ago about Jericho's arrival, as they send it to the back with Jeremy Borash who talks about it, saying he'll get as much information as he can throughout the night. JB welcomes his guests at this time, Austin Aries and Bobby Roode. Borash brings up their loss to Brooke Enterprise last week, but Aries says that it's a guarantee he or Roode wins tonight, because he went to Dixie and got a match. Bobby asked against who, and Aries responded it would be against each other. Roode was 100% against the idea and walked away upset.
Tyrus def. Angelico Tyrus used the Squash move, a running jumping splash, to put away the X-Division star.
Jeremy Borash is outside of the President's office and gets a word with Shawn Michaels when he comes out. Borash asks about Chris Jericho and if he knew about it. Shawn said he knew Jericho and TNA were in contract negotiations for much of 2016 but wasn't until last Wednesday he was officially signed. Shawn said it's been hectic, but mostly keeping it from the web. Shawn says he has to go, in which Shawn begins walking away and is stopped by X-Division Champion AJ Styles. Styles mentions he's in need of a title defense at Slammiversary, and when Michaels tried saying he had to go, Styles suggested that he wants Mandrews AND Rockstar Spud. Shawn agrees just to get going, making a triple threat at Slammiversary that AJ Styles himself proposed!
Jenny Thunnel def. Velvet Sky Jenny Thunnel put Velvet Sky away like she Madison Rayne just a couple weeks ago with the cross armbreaker.
As Thunnel was in the ring, she took the time to speak briefly about what she'll do with Awesome Kong at Slammiversary, saying Kong doesn't know who she's getting in the ring with. The Knockouts Champion responded and got in the ring with Thunnel, turning the tables and saying Jenny's the one who doesn't know what she's gotten into. Kong goes through the list of who she's beaten, one of which is Gail Kim, when Thunnel interrupts the champ and says she broke Gail's arm last week and she'll break Kong's on June 12th. Things get intense before Awesome Kong is smart enough to back away and leave the challenger in the ring.
Chris Jericho is backstage talking to Rey Mysterio when Jeremy Borash interrupts and Mysterio gets going. Jeremy Borash asks Jericho many questions, but Jericho says they can be answered in due time for the whole world. Jericho promises, however, that he'll bring his A-game against Lashley at Slammiversary and then will go on to one day hold gold in TNA. Jericho tells JB he has to go, but before departing, expresses his disappointment because JB didn't properly introduce himself.
Bobby Roode def. Austin Aries Reluctantly, Roode ended the match with his signature Roode Bomb.
After their match, Roode waited for Aries to get up and went over to hug his tag team partner, as Aries responded by raising the hand of the victorious Roode, but low-blows Roode with a kick. Aries slaps Roode in the face as he then begins to pummel his Dirty Heels partner. Aries then locks in the Last Chancery before he's pried apart. Aries would let up, but would get a discus elbow smash in after Roode made it to his feet. Aries would leave by saying he's the strongest link, not Roode, getting dead silence from the puzzled crowd.
Two Cool Bucks def. John Hennigan and Robbie E Despite the titles not on the line, we get a potential preview for a championship match down the road. The Jackson brothers landed More Bang For Your Buck and beat one of the fresher tag teams on the scene.
As Two Cool Bucks were in the ring, Eddie Edwards emerged from the curtain and came out to confront the champions. Eddie reminded Matt and Nick Jackson of their comment last month about a future tag title match. Edwards said he and Davey have had conversations on the phone and want that match to be at Slammiversary! Two Cool Bucks were quick to accept after hearing the crowd's approval, but Brooke and her Enterprise came out to differ, feeling if anyone was to get a title shot, it'd be them. The Bucks mention beating Brooke Enterprise for the titles two weeks ago, but Matt spoke up about the Enterprise giving them a run for their money. Matt and Nick consulted and felt they would NOT get a title shot, and it'd be Two Cool Bucks versus The Wolves at Slammiversary. As this was settled, Shawn Michaels came to stand at the entrance way. Michaels says despite Brooke Enterprise losing a couple weeks ago, The Wolves haven't done much to earn a title shot either. Shawn then says that to determine the #1 contender for the titles, he wants Eddie Edwards in singles action next week against one half of Brooke Enterprise.
Backstage, Jeremy Borash tries to get a word with Austin Aries, who just walks right past Borash. JB is about to send it back to the ring for the main event, but Chris Sabin comes up with Dirty Standards, saying that Borash should be interviewing the eventual winner of tonight's main event, and the next TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Borash mentions that Sabin has a losing 0-2 record in King of the Mountain Matches, but Sabin hushes Borash up immediately, claiming that is irrelevant to Slammiversary on June 12th. Borash pushes one too many buttons by saying that Dirty Standards isn't allowed at ringside, in which he almost gets popped in the mouth by Cortez Castro, but Sabin says he is a former world champion, a 9-time X-Division Champion, and he just so happens to be the best wrestler in TNA's history, so he's pretty confident he can beat Jeff Jarrett tonight. Sabin walks away, leaving Borash in an uncomfortable situation with Dirty Standards.
Chris Sabin def. Jeff Jarrett via count-out As the two were on the outside, Sabin and Jarrett were at the count of 6 when Sabin rolled in. Jarrett was still collecting himself and was holding onto the edge of the ring when MISTERRRRRR... Mr. Anderson is back!!! Mr. Anderson appears from the curtain but won't step out too far, as this stuns Jeff Jarrett for him to be oblivious and lose by count-out.
As Impact is going off the air, Chris Sabin is celebrating as Jeff Jarrett looks at Mr. Anderson and begins to approach him, when Detective Solomon comes out to stand between the two, and this peculiar scene is how we end tonight's episode.SLAMMIVERSARYTNA World Heavyweight Championship King of the Mountain MatchEthan Carter III(c) vs. Chris Sabin vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Rey Mysterio The Debut of JerichoChris Jericho vs. Lashley TNA Knockouts Championship MatchAwesome Kong(c) vs. Jenny Thunnel TNA X-Division Championship MatchAJ Styles(c) vs. Mandrews vs. Rockstar Spud

May 30 2016 To kick Impact off, we see a scene of TNA President Shawn Michaels and Detective Solomon talking in Shawn's office, but no audio as we head to the ring for Bobby Roode's time on the mic, trying to wrap his head around why he and Aries have a match, but then Aries attacking him afterwards. Bobby asks if this is the end of Dirty Heels, and he wants answers, when he calls Aries out and A-Double responds by coming out. Aries mentions his social media accounts and the "idiotic" TNA fans saying he's the weak link of the team, and that 'Bobby Roode is the better half'. Roode then tells Austin not to care because it doesn't matter who is better, but together, they're unstoppable. Aries corrects Roode, saying they've been on a losing streak, and Aries points his finger when it comes to the blame. This goes on until Shawn's music hits, and he said he's had enough and was in a very important conversation that had to be interrupted because of these two. Michaels tells them to settle it at Slammiversary in a singles match and maybe that'll save one of the better tag teams in TNA. Michaels tells them that tonight they'll have a tag match against Two Cool Bucks... but it's next!
Dirty Heels def. Two Cool Bucks in a non-title match Roode hits the Roode Bomb on Nick Jackson to pull off the huge upset, but as Roode reached out to Aries afterwards, his partner walked away on his own, refusing to celebrate.
Don West and Kurt Angle reflect on the surprise appearance of Chris Jericho who has been signed to a TNA contract, and they invite Donald Trump via satellite on right now. Trump gets on and explains how it all went about, but West and Angle ask what made Jericho choose to be in TNA. Trump mentions he's aware that Lashley's return sped up the process, but he's sure Jericho will answer any questions tonight in the ring. West and Angle confirm that Jericho is scheduled to be in the ring tonight to address TNA and its fans, when they thank Donald for his time.
Awesome Kong def. Kimber Lee in a non-title match One of the knockouts that entered the same time as Kong's #1 contender Jenny Thunnel, falls to the Implant Buster by the champ.
Shawn Michaels is walking backstage and knocks on a door before going in and the cameras catch Mr. Anderson there, but Michaels prevents the cameras from going inside, as the President goes to talk to one of his talents that had been missing since October.
Eddie Edwards vs. Drew Galloway w/Carlito and Brooke ends in a no contest Drew had hit a German Suplex on Edwards, and into a pin, but both men's shoulders were down, leaving this without a winner.
X-Division Champion AJ Styles was interviewed by Jeremy Borash who asked the question everyone was wondering, why he'd voluntarily give up his champion's advantage and defend the title in a triple threat at Slammiversary. Styles said he came here to make the X-Division great again, and it was over a decade ago that he, Christopher Daniels, and Samoa Joe made history in a triple threat for the very same title. Styles says he is confident in walking out of Slammiversary the X-Division Champion, but he wants to work for it. Rockstar Spud comes up and calls Styles an idiot for doing such and that he'll be the next X-Division Champion, when Mandrews came up and got personal with Spud before the two brawled and Styles tried separating, before Styles got popped by Spud and lost it. Security came to maintain order between the three men competing at Slammiversary.
Hiroyo def. Ivelisse Executing her finisher the Hiroyo Stone gave Hiroyo the victory over Ivelisse.
Before Hiroyo and Ivelisse got out of the ring, DJ Z came out with his loud and brash personality. DJ Z spoke down upon the Knockouts, and paid for it, getting beat up by a couple of the Knockouts before DJ Z's opponent Angelico came out to compete.
Angelico def. DJ Z Angelico made quick work of his opponent, winning with a Fall of the Angels, followed by a Superman Senton.
Shawn Michaels was backstage with Jeremy Borash, as Shawn requested this time to address the tag team scene after tonight's match with Eddie Edwards and Drew Galloway finished indecisive. Shawn says the Dirty Heels were impressive tonight, and in spite of their issues, need them for this tag team division. Shawn says that though Austin Aries versus Bobby Roode is official for Slammiversary and can't change that, the Dirty Heels will challenge Two Cool Bucks next week for the championships. Michaels says if Two Cool Bucks retain, then they'll go on at Slammiversary to defend the title against both Brooke Enterprise and The Wolves; but if the Dirty Heels become the new champions next week, we'll see a tag team match at Slammiversary to determine the #1 contenders, featuring all three teams.
As promised, Chris Jericho comes to the ring and soaks the response in from the crowd. He goes into saying he turns 46 this November and has signed a contract that will go through Slammiversary 2019. Jericho says he wants to hold the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, and even mix it up with the X-Division stars like AJ Styles, Chris Sabin, and Austin Aries. Jericho says he'd like to compete against some old pals like Rey Mysterio, Carlito, and John Hennigan. Jericho also says he'd like to compete against TNA's best, such as Ethan Carter III and Bobby Roode. Jericho says he will wrestle Lashley at Slammiversary in 13 nights and that is #1 on his list. Jericho promises to go out on top in TNA and he has to start there. Lashley interrupts Jericho and tells him it doesn't feel good. Lashley told Jericho he respects him, but he's got himself in the wrong place, and if he wants to back out, now is the time. Jericho refused, and Lashley told him it's a mistake, because at Slammiversary, he'll wrestle his first TNA match, and his last. This staredown is how we end Impact tonight.SLAMMIVERSARYTNA World Heavyweight Championship King of the Mountain MatchEthan Carter III(c) vs. Chris Sabin vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Rey Mysterio The Debut of JerichoChris Jericho vs. Lashley Austin Aries vs. Bobby Roode TNA Knockouts Championship MatchAwesome Kong(c) vs. Jenny Thunnel TNA X-Division Championship MatchAJ Styles(c) vs. Mandrews vs. Rockstar Spud

June 6 2016 At the top of the show, Don West and Kurt Angle cover a story that broke Saturday morning about Detective Solomon's press conference, that Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Wrestling was behind the kidnapping and torture of Ken Anderson. West and Angle are stunned, both knowing Jarrett for a long time, but Don West is the most disgusted about the event. Jeff Jarrett's music hit and he walked out to the ring and instead of denying the crowd signs and allegations, he admitted it up front and appeared not to show an ounce of remorse. Jarrett says he began TNA and these talents are his, and he'll kidnap the whole roster because if he can't run TNA, nobody will. Jeff reminds everyone that his investments into TNA has kept this place afloat in its darkest times, when Shawn Michaels came out and said that was before Donald Trump purchased things, that Jeff hasn't put a dime into TNA. Shawn wishes Jeff good luck this Sunday, because he needs to be focused on the King of the Mountain Match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Michaels also took the time to announce who would be the 5th and final man inserted into the match, that being Mr. Anderson!! The crowd erupted, but Jeff didn't like it too much.
In the back, Jeremy Borash catches up to Jeff Jarrett and asks about Mr. Anderson being added to the main event this Sunday, which Double J is outraged. Jarrett threatens that Anderson may not make it to Slammiversary before storming off.
Two Cool Bucks(c) def. Dirty Heels to retain the TNA World Tag Team Championships Miscommunication between Aries and Roode results in an Aries incidental forearm to Roode, when Nick rolled Roode from behind and Matt pulled Aries off the apron for the Bucks to retain.
Following their match, Austin and Bobby shouted some words at each other in frustration over the loss, before Aries pushed Roode and Roode returned the favor, but didn't escalate from there, as they kept a distance, saving it for this Sunday.
Shawn Michaels is in his office when Borash comes in and using interview-form, lets the TNA President know Jeff Jarrett has threatened Mr. Anderson and what might be done to make sure all men get to Slammiversary. Shawn says if Jeff tries anything, he'll be sure to regret it.
In an in-ring segment, Knockouts Champion Awesome Kong is explaining what lies ahead for her after Slammiversary, believing she'll beat Jenny Thunnel and wonder who's left. Kong reveals a list, in the order of, Hiroyo, Taryn Terrell, Jade, Ivelisse, and Gail Kim, but Jenny Thunnel's music hits and she walks out after taking offence to this. Jenny not only puts Awesome Kong's title on notice, but her arm as well, after Thunnel takes credit for Gail Kim's arm in a sling.
Backstage, Mandrews is approached by Rockstar Spud, who is complaining about a match they were booked in. Mandrews says he's not looking forward to it, but they should focus, when Angelico and AJ Styles come up to them, enjoying the tension between their opponents when the match is after the commercial break.
Angelico and AJ Styles def. Mandrews and Rockstar Spud After Mandrews walked out on Spud, Angelico hit Fall of the Angels, followed by a tag to the X-Division Champion for a winning Styles Clash as the champ gains momentum for Sunday.
Bobby Roode is backstage irate as cameras catch him shouting down the hall at Austin Aries, asking Aries to bring his A-Game because this will all end at Slammiversary.
Dirty Standards is on their way to the ring when West and Angle confirm that it'll be Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro versus Bael and a mystery partner this Sunday, while Sabin takes the mic for a few moments to discuss his presence in the King of the Mountain match, with hopes of recapturing the TNA World Heavyweight Championship.
Cortez Castro w/Aiden O'Shea and Chris Sabin def. Bael O'Shea and Sabin slating the numbers advantage in Castro's favor was too much, as Cortez Castro pins Bael after O'Shea snuck in a brass knuckle shot.
Jeff Jarrett was seen backstage searching for Mr. Anderson, but no luck so far, while we flip the script as Mr. Anderson is in a room with Shawn Michaels, as Michaels tells Mr. Anderson he needs to get out of here and security's outside the door to escort him out, that they'll also bring him to the arena on Sunday.
Eddie Edwards def. Carlito w/Drew Galloway and Brooke via disqualification Edwards won this by DQ with a 1-on-3 assault with Brooke even getting involved, but out came Davey Richards with a chair, but those odds were still big with Davey's ring rust when Two Cool Bucks had to come out to scare Brooke Enterprise off.
DJ Z comes to the ring and boasts about it, and offers his services in the King of the Mountain Match if Anderson isn't able to make it, when Rey Mysterio came out and said he'd love to shut DJ Z up for once.
Rey Mysterio def. DJ Z Rey was ultra-impressive, hitting a 619 on DJ Z to finish up.
Mr. Anderson is escorted through the parking lot and to his car by security, and as he's rolling out, Jeff Jarrett is too late, running out and security saying he can wait until Sunday, which enrages Jarrett.
Shawn Michaels is in the ring to conduct the contract signing for Jericho versus Lashley. Chris Jericho comes to the ring first, then Lashley, and that's the order they speak in. Jericho says he came to TNA to compete against some of the best the company has to offer, to KNOW he's the best, and first man up is Lashley. Lashley, however, says Jericho should've started with the 4th or 5th-best, because Lashley considers himself the best and that Jericho's career in TNA will have an asterisk after losing his first match in TNA. Jericho and Lashley both sign the contract and stare down as the go-home episode to Slammiversary is off the air.SLAMMIVERSARYTNA World Heavyweight Championship King of the Mountain MatchEthan Carter III(c) vs. Chris Sabin vs. Jeff Jarrett vs. Mr. Anderson vs. Rey Mysterio The Debut of JerichoChris Jericho vs. Lashley TNA Tag Team Championships MatchTwo Cool Bucks(c) vs. Brooke Enterprise vs. The Wolves Austin Aries vs. Bobby Roode TNA Knockouts Championship MatchAwesome Kong(c) vs. Jenny Thunnel TNA X-Division Championship MatchAJ Styles(c) vs. Mandrews vs. Rockstar Spud Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro vs. Bael and ?

EC3 reminded JB of a Fatal-4 Way where he overcame the odds, so he feels no matter the odds, being the 1-Percenter guarantees a 100% chance he leaves the TNA World Heavyweight Champion. Carter mentions Mysterio's mentoring of Tigre Uno, Sabin's troubles with AJ Styles, and the case between Jarrett and Anderson, that he's the only one going into this match with a clear head and one, lone goal. DJ Z comes to the ring as everyone rolls their eyes at this loudmouth. He talks down on every match tonight, the fans not in agreement, while he then mocks Chris Jericho for being all hype and losing tonight, saying he should've been the one to fight Lashley. DJ Z actually called Lashley out to the ring for a fight now, but moments passed and the lights went out. Bold letters 'CIAMPA' appeared on the titantron as a spotlight shows the superstar gone for much of 2016, he emerges with a towel on his head. Ciampa would enter the ring slow and methodically before the lights would come on, and when he removed the towel, dark facepaint was revealed and he stared a bullet through DJ Z, as the referee's going to ring the bell anyway. Ciampa def. Sabin and Mysterio jumped in, but they were taken care of as well. Mr. Anderson saw an opportunity and got the title, rolled into the ring and quickly climbed the ladder and hooked the belt to win it.
Jeff Jarrett stared up at a fearful Mr. Anderson, who stood at the top of the ladder, as well as Cabana and Benjamin there. Cabana pulls his shirt off and throws it to the ground, ready to fight Anderson. Anderson is seen going down the ladder, and Jarrett picks up the shirt. Anderson gets in a fighting stance, alert of the situation, when Jarrett tosses him Colt's shirt. The crowd's silenced at this as Mr. Anderson looks at all 3 men, before handing the title over to Jarrett and putting the Global Force Wrestling shirt on. June 13 2016 Don West and Kurt Angle recap a crazy Slammiversary last night, with the shot heard 'round the world, Mr. Anderson winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship and celebrating in a GFW tee, something caught everyone off guard after Jeff Jarrett was the one behind Mr. Anderson's disappearance... At this time, Chris Jericho comes to the ring after his loss last night. Jericho owns up to it and gives all the props to Lashley, calling him one of the best wrestlers in the world. Jericho is then interrupted by X-Division Champion AJ Styles, to the dismay of everyone. Styles congratulates Jericho on his performance in a 5-star match last night against Lashley, as Styles calls it one of the best in Slammiversary history. AJ says he's respected Jericho and has been waiting for this moment his entire career... AJ challenged Chris Jericho to the next TNA Heartbreak on July 4th, and is even open to putting his title on the line. Chris Jericho refuses, and as AJ's upset, Jericho affirms he's not deserving of a title match and would like to extend a non-title match on July 4th. Styles insisted, but agreed to a non-title match on the 4th at TNA Heartbreak. Rockstar Spud then came out and turned to Jericho first, offended that Jericho's debut loss didn't come at the expense of Rockstar Spud, but then he turns to AJ and says he was never pinned and feels he's in line for a title shot. AJ Styles says he lost last night and had his chance, but Rockstar Spud was adamant, when Jericho convinced AJ Styles to put the title on the line. Styles caved and the referee got in the ring, as Chris Jericho joined West and Angle at commentary.
AJ Styles(c) def. Rockstar Spud to retain the TNA X-Division Championship With his TNA Heartbreak opponent at commentary with a close look, AJ successfully defended his title in back-to-back nights with use of the Styles Clash.
Bobby Roode came to the ring and spoke on his spout with Austin Aries that culminated last night at Slammiversary, and asked his tag team partner to the ring to answer the question if the Dirty Heels were still a thing, but Aries came out to the stage. Roode talked to Aries, and Aries suddenly decided to get in the ring with Bobby. Austin explained himself and extended a handshake to Bobby Roode, in which Roode quickly accepted, being the forgiveness between Dirty Heels partners. Bobby then got a knee to the gut by Aries and got beaten down to the mat, before Aries locked in Last Chancery and four referees had to convince Aries off his partner. Aries then went outside the ring to get a steel chair and swung the referees out of there before he slammed the chair in the back of Roode before his heart was content. Aries picked up the mic before leaving, answering Bobby's question, that the Heels are no more!
At the end of the commercial break, Don West and Kurt Angle are trying to gather their thoughts after Austin Aries broke up the Dirty Heels officially tonight, but bring the news that the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion Mr. Anderson WILL be here tonight, to hopefully shed some light on this situation. They send it backstage to Jeremy Borash who is there with Dasher Hatfield who speaks briefly about his TNA debut last night at Slammiversary, and at the end it's said by Borash that Hatfield's debut was last night, but tonight will be a debut of another new signee for TNA and Hatfield's opponent soon.
Ciampa def. Cortez Castro Cortez Castro had to go at it tonight alone against a new-look, new-attitude Ciampa, and Castro quickly tapped once locked in the Sicilian Stretch.
Chris Sabin and Aiden O'Shea were backstage at the monitor and when questioned by Jeremy Borash about Cortez Castro not having the ringside support, Sabin admitted when they heard Cortez was wrestling Ciampa tonight, it's a health issue. Sabin said he didn't want to sacrifice two lambs in one night, so that's why. Shawn Michaels overheard this, and claimed Ciampa's win over Cortez Castro was too easy, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a 2-on-1 handicap match next week, Ciampa versus Cortez Castro and Aiden O'Shea. Shawn left with a smile as Sabin shook his head with the camera catching a glimpse of fear on O'Shea's face.
Dasher Hatfield came to the ring for his TNA Impact debut, after an unsuccessful debut last night in tag team action. Hatfield awaited his opponent, when Christy Hemme announces this opponent as 'Patriot 2000', as a guy familiar to the common wrestling fan comes from the curtain. Kurt Angle exclaims that this guy is the real deal, that he's a former amateur wrestling champion at the University of Oklahoma, that he got his big break with Vince, and now he's here in TNA to wrestle the best!
Patriot 2000 def. Dasher Hatfield Dasher tried his best, and made it uneasy for Patriot 2000, but once Hatfield was locked in the Patriotic Lock, he had no choice but to shamefully tap. As Patriot 2000 passed by the commentator table, he slapped the extended hand of Kurt Angle after his debut.
Cameras catch the parking lot, a van arriving. Out comes Colt Cabana and Shelton Benjamin who make a fuss about the cameras, when Jeff Jarrett gets out and sees them, demanding them to be shut off.
John Hennigan and Robbie E come to the ring and Robbie E has the mic, explaining his long hunt for finding a tag team partner, and then Hennigan reached out and it worked out. John is handed the mic, saying he and Robbie have been fixing some kinks and last night beating LAX, they realized it's time. They called Two Cool Bucks out, saying they're cashing in their title match tonight!! Matt and Nick Jackson came out against their will, arguing the entire way down the ramp, but followed their obligations anyway as a referee came down to hoist the titles and ring the bell.
John Hennigan and Robbie E def. Two Cool Bucks(c) to win the TNA Tag Team Championships Three title defenses in eight nights proved to be too much for the Bucks, as Robbie E hit a forearm in the corner to precede Hennigan's End of the World to win the titles on Impact, being the only successful Feast or Fired cash-in.
Chris Jericho is backstage with Jeremy Borash when he's asked why he left an X-Division Championship opportunity on the table. Jericho says he respects the X-Division and its championship so much that it isn't right for him to capitalize on his past. Jericho says he wants to prove himself here in TNA and as of now, he's 0-1. Jericho says he wants a few wins to his credit before he gets anything thrown his way, when Austin Aries comes by and gets in Jericho's face saying that A-Double deserves an X-Division Championship match. Jericho says he's not AJ Styles, but he's sure a fighting champion like AJ would accept that challenge. Austin dishartedly welcomes Chris Jericho to TNA, before brushing past his shoulder.
Jade vs. Kimber Lee ends in a no contest These two knockouts were giving it their all, when Awesome Kong came down with disregard and the former Knockouts Champion attacked both, laying Jade out with an Implant Buster and then Kimber Lee with the Awesome Bomb, reasserting her dominance.
Patriot 2000 is interviewed backstage by Jeremy Borash after his debut, saying he's come to TNA to be in the elites, a class no other place could provide him. He just wanted the opportunity, and Patriot 2000 now believes he's got the ingredients and the recipe to feast in TNA... It's then turned to Don West and Kurt Angle, with Angle still high on Patriot 2000's debut. Don West reminds fans that we'll see Ciampa in handicap action next week, as well as a title match has been made official for next week, that X-Division Champion AJ Styles will defend the belt against Austin Aries next Monday. Angle shakes his head, reciting what happened to the Two Cool Bucks when they defended their titles three times in 8-9 nights, and now AJ Styles is in that very predicament.
To the ring, Jeff Jarrett came to the ring in celebratory mode with Colt Cabana and Shelton Benjamin. Jeff Jarrett exclaimed it wasn't his #1 priority to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, but it was the plan set in motion a year ago to be the first nail in TNA's coffin. Jeff goes through the process of kidnapping Ken Anderson, and then convincing him to sign a new contract while he was gone. Jeff Jarrett said the TNA's world champion is now under contract with Global Force Wrestling, and introduces the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Mr. Anderson! Anderson heads down with the title on his shoulder and gets in the ring, shaking hands and hugging all three GFW reps, before Jeff strapped the title around Mr. Anderson's waist. Mr. Anderson didn't really explain why, but said he's the new world champion now, and that he'll be taking this title away and leave TNA without one. Mr. Anderson asked all of them to bolt and "head home", when Shawn Michaels came out. Michaels says he might not be under contract, but as world champion, he must defend it within 30 days or be stripped of it now. With Anderson backed up by Benjamin, Cabana, and Jarrett, he heads up the ramp and gets nose-to-nose with Shawn Michaels before laughing him off and the Global Force Wrestling crew leave as Impact goes off the air with the world championship status for TNA in question.

Monday Morning Ringsider
The 21st Century's version of the "Monday Night War" has taken a step further, now that Patriot 2000, formerly known as Jack Swagger for WWE, has signed a contract with TNA. Jack Swagger requested his release two months ago from the WWE, a request WWE granted after apparently "months" Swagger had asked to be gone. It'll be interesting to see how Patriot 2000 works in TNA and see if he revitalizes his in-ring career at the Trump Plaza Hotel.
Dasher Hatfield made his debut at Slammiversary with a loss in tag team action, and then lost the following night in Patriot 2000's debut. It's to note they have plans for this international masked wrestler, that losing initially is reportedly in plans for a big storyline to come.
The big storyline in TNA today is Mr. Anderson capturing his third TNA World Heavyweight Championship with the help of Jeff Jarrett and Global Force Wrestling. Apparently, this storyline was planned to happen sooner until Donald Trump purchased the company and the story got pushed to the backburner. The big plan was originally to have this angle happen at Bound For Glory, but new pull in the creative room wanted to put more depth and time into it and make it the storyline of the summer. Speaking of, there are rumors that Mr. Anderson is being scheduled for Global Force Wrestling live events to push the storyline even further.

June 20 2016 Shawn Michaels begins the night to address the TNA locker room and its fans about the status of the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Michaels affirms that Mr. Anderson won the title fair and square, and he is currently the champion. Before the President could go any further, Ethan Carter III came out to a few cheers from the crowd towards the once mega-heel. EC3 shows his anger towards Mr. Anderson, and admits that he and Shawn have butted heads ever since Michaels arrived, but this is something bigger. EC3 says he won't be Shawn's best friend, but he's all for getting his title back and kicking Anderson's buttocks. Shawn nodded, and said that's why he's making the match at TNA Heartbreak on Independence Day, Ethan Carter III will get his rematch against Mr. Anderson in the main event. Then "The Destroyer" Lashley heads to the ring. Lashley laughs at Shawn and EC3, saying that despite what Mr. Anderson did in turning his back on TNA, it was Ethan that lost at Slammiversary, while Lashley said he picked up the biggest win in TNA history by beating Chris Jericho. Lashley says that Ethan's on a downfall, and should get a title match when he's back to his normal self, but Lashley says since he's at the top of his game, he should be Mr. Anderson's first opponent. Shawn sees a controversy, and says that EC3 is getting his rematch, but wouldn't mind Lashley proving himself tonight in the main event against Carter III. Lashley scoffs, and EC3 doesn't even like it, but Lashley says he shouldn't have to prove himself after Slammiversary, but he'd play along.
Tigre Uno def. Mandrews and Paul London In triple threat, X-Division action, Mandrews made another rookie mistake and ended up losing to Tigre Uno by a quick cover.
Jeremy Borash approaches AJ Styles who was watching the X-Division action on the monitor, commenting on what Mandrews messed up on, when Borash asks about AJ's title defense tonight against Austin Aries. Styles mentions two of his best friends defended their titles three times in 8 nights, and it can trip up even the best tag team on the planet. AJ says he doesn't appreciate having to defend the title against Austin Aries tonight, a more than viable opponent, but nonetheless, he's going to defend his title tonight.
Ivelisse def. Jenny Thunnel in a non-title match Jenny went for the Cross Armbreaker, but Awesome Kong came to the stage and distracted Thunnel, enough for a schoolgirl pin by Ivelisse to pin the champ.
Jenny Thunnel was hot after her match, pitching a fit in the ring and even pushed two referees who were trying to calm her down. Awesome Kong grabs a mic and the arena silences for this rarity, in which Kong tells Jenny Thunnel to calm down and it's not like a champion to lose their cool. Kong then stakes her rematch in 2 weeks at TNA Heartbreak.
Rey Mysterio and Tigre Uno were talking when Tigre Uno got some interview time with Borash, in which Mysterio leaves to let Tigre have his spotlight. Jeremy Borash congratulates Tigre Uno on earlier tonight and asks what's next, when Tigre Uno says he's looking forward to reclaiming a spot in the X-Division, when he's attacked by Rockstar Spud. Rockstar Spud shouts it was easy to beat Mandrews, but it's not easy to beat a Rockstar, in which Spud says he'll be the next X-Division Champion.. but Kurt Angle reminds us, the X-Division Championship match is next!
AJ Styles(c) def. Austin Aries to retain the TNA X-Division Championship With Chris Jericho joining West and Angle on commentary again this week, AJ Styles sends a message with an epic defense against Austin Aries, staying the course with a Flying Forearm Smash.
As AJ Styles and Chris Jericho had their staredown with each other, Bobby Roode slid in the ring and started hammering down on Austin Aries, before locking in a Crossface. A malicious Bobby Roode had to be pulled away by Styles and Jericho who tried talking sense into Bobby, who had totally snapped after the recent actions by his former tag team partner. After this chaos, Don West slipped in a reminder that Chris Jericho will have his first match on Impact next week, a warmup for TNA Heartbreak, as he challenges Angelico.
Ethan Carter III is taping his wrists in the locker room when Jeremy Borash walks in and asks for Ethan's thoughts concerning his main event match tonight with Lashley. EC3 says it was unexpected, but that's Shawn Michaels for ya. Ethan says after tonight, he's solely focused on winning his championship back in two weeks.
Ciampa def. Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro Ciampa battled through a 2-on-1 handicap match, and with Chris Sabin choosing to be backstage, Ciampa won against the odds, finally locking a Sicilian Stretch on O'Shea for a win.
Dasher Hatfield is backstage with Jeremy Borash, as Hatfield shows his disappointment with last week, starting his TNA career 0-2. Dasher challenges Patriot 2000 to a rematch next week, and wishes he accepts. They send it to the commentary duo of Don West and Kurt Angle, as Angle's excited to see Patriot 2000 next week. West highlights the card in 2 weeks on Independence Day for TNA Heartbreak, one that includes a match straight from Shawn's office, that Bobby Roode and Austin Aries will fight once again, but this time in a Submission Match. They also advertise Ethan Carter III's rematch with Mr. Anderson for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, segwaying into the main event next.
Lashley def. Ethan Carter III A great match was ruined by Shelton Benjamin's interference behind the referee's back, which led to Lashley's Spear being the final nail to beat EC3.
After the main event concluded, Shelton Benjamin entered the ring and started to beat up on Ethan Carter III. Lashley didn't know what to make of it, so he just left the ring, but EC3 fights back and then comes out Jeff Jarrett and Colt Cabana for a 3-on-1 assault. This was answered by The Wolves who rushed out to stop the beatdown, as this is how TNA ends, with Global Force Wrestling leaving their mark once again.

June 27 2016 Ethan Carter III begins tonight's show in a poor mood, and vows to get his TNA World Heavyweight Championship back next week at TNA Heartbreak on Independence Day, and end this mess. EC3 then calls out the men who represent Global Force Wrestling, and the only one who doesn't answer the call is the champ, Mr. Anderson. EC3 says he doesn't care what legal issues would face, he wants Shelton in the ring TONIGHT! Shelton accepts and laughs at EC3, as we've got ourselves a match tonight 7 days prior to EC3's rematch.
John Hennigan and Robbie E def. Latin American Xchange in a non-title match After a forearm smash by Robbie E and the End of the World by Hennigan, pinning Homicide, Two Cool Bucks come to the ring to confirm their rematch next week at TNA Heartbreak.
Ethan Carter III and Shawn Michaels are arguing about Ethan's challenge at the top of the show. Shawn doesn't think it's logical legally, and EC3 needs to be 100% for next week. Carter says he wants to warm up for next week and stay in ring shape, while sending a message to Mr. Anderson. The two are on different sides of the spectrum, as we go back to the ring.
Awesome Kong def. Ivelisse A match that Ivelisse asked for against the #1 contender didn't end well, a catch-finisher with the Awesome Bomb gives Kong the win headed into her rematch next week.
Angelico is interviewed backstage by Jeremy Borash about his warmup match with Chris Jericho. Angelico says he respects what Jericho's done for the business, but tonight, he'll win at any costs and put himself in the X-Division Championship picture.
Aiden O'Shea and Cortez Castro w/Chris Sabin def. The Wolves via disqualification O'Shea and Castro actually had The Wolves on the ropes when Ciampa came out and swept Dirty Standards, as The Wolves even got out of dodge.
After Ciampa left the ring, Chris Sabin decided to get in the ring with a mic and chew Ciampa out, wanting to know what exactly was his purpose when Ciampa turned around and started to make his way back to the ring. Sabin had a lump in his throat but chose not to abandon when Ciampa got in the ring. Sabin asked again, when Ciampa pointed a finger-fun between Sabin's eyes, as O'Shea and Castro come to and push Sabin out of the ring as Dirty Standards leave Ciampa inside the ring.
Chris Jericho def. Angelico Arrogant with his abilities, Angelico got caught in the Walls of Jericho and quickly tapped.
Jeff Jarrett, Shelton Benjamin, and Colt Cabana are all with each other in the parking lot as Jarrett's on the phone with apparently Mr. Anderson, who isn't at the ring, as the people representing GFW make fun of EC3 and Shawn Michaels.
TNA President Shawn Michaels comes to sit with Kurt Angle and Don West at commentary, as they immediately address the challenge made earlier by EC3, as Michaels says he'll allow it to happen tonight. Dasher Hatfield then comes to the ring, anticipating a challenge accepted by Patriot 2000.
Patriot 2000 def. Dasher Hatfield Dasher got locked in the Patriotic Lock and tapped once again while both Kurt Angle and Shawn Michaels expressed their positive feelings towards Patriot 2000 and his TNA future.
After the match, Patriot 2000 gets a handshake from Dasher Hatfield who accepts defeat, while Patriot 2000 comes to the commentary table to shake Shawn's and Kurt's hands, as well as Don West. As Patriot 2000 and Dasher Hatfield make their way to the back, Shawn Michaels gets in the ring, making Ciampa versus Chris Sabin another official match for next week. Michaels takes a moment to talk about the beginning of his career, always being a small guy and being overlooked for a while before he got the breakthrough. Shawn says that since next week is Independence Day, he'd like to shine a light on the independent scenes. Shawn informs fans that after tonight's show, there will be a poll of 6 long-stay independent guys on their website. The two men with the most votes by Saturday at noon, they will be flown here to Trump Plaza Hotel for a Free Agent match with the winner getting a contract here at TNA.
Austin Aries is in the back with Jeremy Borash, when JB asks if they should wait for Roode, and Aries says to keep going. Jeremy tells the fans both men were scheduled to make final remarks tonight, but apparently it's Austin Aries. Austin said that Bobby is too chicken to come for some words tonight, he'll probably won't show up when he has to wrestle at TNA Heartbreak. Austin says it's Independence Day next week, but he owns Bobby Roode in that ring. Aries says that Roode's peak years in TNA are over, and he can thank Master Aries for that.
Right before the main event, Don West and Kurt Angle break down next week's TNA Heartbreak on Independence Day special: TNA World Heavyweight Champion Mr. Anderson vs. Ethan Carter III AJ Styles vs. Chris Jericho in non-title action TNA Tag Team Champions John Hennigan and Robbie(c) vs. Two Cool Bucks TNA Knockouts Champion Jenny Thunnel(c) vs. Awesome Kong Bobby Roode vs. Austin Aries in a Submission Match Ciampa vs. Chris Sabin
Ethan Carter III def. Shelton Benjamin Since Jeff Jarrett and Colt Cabana were sent to the back, EC3 took advantage and sent a message by dominating Shelton Benjamin and nailing the 1-Percenter to win the match, signaling a title around his waist, ready for Mr. Anderson next week.
