Busy Thursday Night?

Curtis Axel came out to clarify that the deal between him and Triple H was if he WON the match on Monday, he'd be in the Royal Rumble. Axel had the film rolled, where it was shouted by the ring announcer he did win, even if it was by disqualification. Axel said he'll be walking onto WrestleMa... No, AXELMANIA! Then he challenged anyone to come out and face him right now. Rusev answered the call, and forced Axel to tap out to The Accolade.

The Ascension hyped their tag title opportunity on Sunday, reminiscing that last year's Royal Rumble, they were beating the decorated New Age Outlaws, and this Sunday they'll be winning their first WWE Tag Team Championships. Konnor and Viktor then defeated the Los Matadores, and even Flapjacked El Torito afterwards.

Film was shown from Wednesday's NXT, that a battle royal commenced in Jason Jordan winning, last eliminating Samoa Joe. This means that Jason Jordan will be wrestling in the 30-Man Royal Rumble this Sunday.

Dealing with Sunday's match between Emma and Summer Rae, Stephanie was talking to Emma backstage and made the stakes high about Sunday. Stephanie said that if Emma will win, she can permanently move herself and one other person, of her choice, up to the main roster. Stephanie said if she fails to win, however, she'll be fired.

Bo Dallas, after beating Adam Rose, was attacked by King Barrett, who called for all the fans to bow down to him.

Cesaro was in a backstage interview with Renee Young, which Cesaro wanted to announce he's in this Sunday's Royal Rumble Match. Cesaro stated that he won the first ever Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, and likes his chances this Sunday. The Miz came up to Cesaro and said he's going to get a double whammy this Sunday, because not only will Cesaro see a Skull Crushing Finale, but he'll also see The Most Must-See WWE Superstar in History, pointing to the WrestleMania sign with fireworks.

For the main event, earlier in the night, Seth Rollins was told by Stephanie that he'd need a warmup match. Seth suggested that he get Dolph Ziggler in it... So the main event, Dolph Ziggler nailed Seth Rollins with a Superkick out of nowhere for a win. During the match, Daniel Bryan came down to sit in the crowd with popcorn. He threw his popcorn and his soda, and his chocolate covered raisins, in the face of Rollins when he'd exit. Afterwards, Bryan led the crowd in YES chants.

After the opening package to tonight's Royal Rumble event, The New Day came out for their usual mic time. They promised to regain the titles tonight to begin their third reign.

A vulnerable Viktor after a Superkick is hit with an SOS by Kofi, as Big E took out Jey Uso, so Kofi could pick up the win and the titles.

Backstage, The Authority's approached by Paul Heyman. Heyman said his client has requested to choose when he enters the Rumble tonight. The Authority laughs and Triple H asks if Lesnar needs to enter at 30 to win. Paul returned the laugh, but got serious real quick when he said Brock Lesnar wants to destroy the entire WWE roster, so you can be assured he'll come out waaay earlier than number thirty.

Cesaro def. The Miz
Cesaro nails a Very European Uppercut on an airborne Miz, winning the match and gaining momentum for later tonight.

A video package is shown for the next match, for the Intercontinental Championship.

Sami Zayn def. Kevin Owens(c) to win the Intercontinental Championship
The match ends in seconds, as Owens is still in his corner and is hit by a Helluva Kick! Zayn covers and wins.

Summer Rae is backstage getting warmed up for her match up next, when Stephanie McMahon comes by to intimidate Summer.

Dolph Ziggler is in the locker room with #1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Daniel Bryan. The friends are talking about how Daniel Bryan will finally put Seth Rollins in his place tonight, while Ziggler says he'll win the Royal Rumble Match tonight, and it'll be "Ziggler vs Bryan" at WrestleMania 32 in Texas.

Emma would use a Bodyscissors Pin to take out Summer, getting herself onto the main roster once again.

Jeff Hardy and Dolph Ziggler went at it, and both toppled over the rope, but both Hardy and Ziggler prevented a fall by holding onto the rope. They got back inside.

Cesaro has defeated 29 other superstars to win the Royal Rumble Match
Brock Lesnar's 9 eliminations and Jeff Hardy's surprise return would not prevent the Swiss Superman from winning his first ever Royal Rumble Match.

While Cesaro is in the ring celebrating, we go backstage to where Charlotte is, getting ready for her title defense in a few moments. Former ally Paige came up to her, and pranced around her, with all smiles. Charlotte asked what she wanted, when Paige just said "Good luck out there, champ!", before taking off.

A video package is shown now, hyping up the Divas Championship Match, before Lilian Garcia takes the microphone and announces that everyone is barred from ringside.

Charlotte(c) def. Naomi to retain the Divas Championship
Charlotte just had to lock in the Figure Eight to retain the title, with Naomi's pain tolerance not so high.

Seth Rollins, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, is backstage getting in the mindset to retain his title in a few moments against Daniel Bryan. Cesaro then comes by, all smiles, as he wishes Rollins good luck, which Rollins scruffs off and pushes Cesaro out of his way, as Cesaro just looks back and smirks.

Towards the end of a spectacular match, the lights went out with Bray Wyatt's signature video beforehand, and when they came back on, the referee was knocked down and Wyatt had Bryan in position, kissed him on his forehead, and hit Bryan with Sister Abigail. Bray Wyatt stood over Daniel before the lights went out again, and they came back on after Wyatt's disappearance. Seth Rollins crawled over to a motionless Daniel Bryan, while Triple H rushed a referee down to the ring, and Rollins covered Bryan for the 3-count.

Raw opens up with John Cena, who returned during last night's Royal Rumble. He plugs in his American Grit reality show, before he claims he was asked to come back and compete in the Royal Rumble Match last night, so he used last night to make his return, but he's glad he didn't win the world title, because he has something far more precious in his eyes... Then Seth Rollins interrupted Cena, first calling Cena a huge coward for not wanting a shot at the title, but also smart because if there were to be another Cena vs Rollins, that the end result would be the same. Cena's about to come back, until Alberto Del Rio walked out by himself and asked if that precious prize he was alluding to earlier, was "MY United States Championship". Del Rio stressed that he wasn't letting go of the United States Championship just because the next reality bust is back. Then the Royal Rumble Winner, Cesaro, his music hit and the Cesaro Section went up in a huge pop. Cesaro asked if he won the Royal Rumble last night, because he wasn't allowed to come out to begin the show, despite everyone loving him the most. Cesaro even took a jab, reminding Seth of his comments of Cena being scared to wrestle him, but Cesaro said he won't back down from Level One if Seth makes it to WrestleMania. Before Seth goes off, The Authority's Triple H comes out. Triple H says that watching in the back, a great idea came across his mind for a main event tonight. The WWE World Heavyweight Champion and the United States Champion, for the first time ever, Seth Rollins and Alberto Del Rio will join forces to wrestle John Cena and the Royal Rumble Winner, Cesaro! The crowd loved the decision, as the four seemed content, but the world champ seeming a little disgruntled.

Team BAD def. Becky Lynch, Charlotte, and Natalya
In six-divas tag action, Sasha hit the Bank Statement on Natalya, and Nattie made it to the ropes, but Sasha tagged in Tamina to get a Superfly Splash, and Tamina scored the pinfall while Naomi and Sasha held back Charlotte, as Becky was taken to the back midway through the match with an undisclosed injury after falling outside of the ring.

Seth Rollins was unwisely running his complaints by Triple H backstage about tonight's main event with Del Rio alongside him, while Triple H adds some more turmoil to tonight's main event. Triple H said if Rollins and Del Rio can go out there and win tonight, both of them can rest from defending their titles at Fastlane. Triple H, however, said if they can't, whoever's pinned or taps out tonight will defend their championship NEXT WEEK live on Raw. As Triple H leaves, Del Rio shoves Rollins saying he knew they shouldn't have went along with Seth's plan.

Kevin Owens def. Neville
After obliterating Neville with a Popup Powerbomb, Owens talked on the mic, explaining how he wasn't ready last night, but at Fastlane, he will be, and he'll take back his Intercontinental Championship.

After commercial, Brock Lesnar walks out with Paul Heyman. Heyman says that Lesnar was on his way to the most dominant showing in Royal Rumble history, until the unlikely hero Jeff Hardy came out. Heyman says he has it on good authority that Hardy's here tonight, and this rises the crowd volume to a whole other level, Heyman calling out Hardy. The music hits and Jeff Hardy walks out, as Lesnar's pumped up. Hardy gets inside the ring and asks for a mic and goes up to Lesnar's face and says he isn't scared of him. Jeff then asks Paul Heyman to ask why he called him out there. As Heyman's giving an answer, Lesnar attacks Hardy. Lesnar's beating down on Jeff Hardy, when Hardy retaliates and fights back, as the crowd loves it! Security men rush to the ring and can't seem to pry the two apart. They finally contain the scene, as Heyman tells Lesnar to stay back. He walks up to the people holding Jeff back, before kicking Jeff in the jewels, before leading his Beast out of the ring, with Jeff Hardy looking back to the ramp.

Daniel Bryan is backstage and is asked by Renee Young about last night, and Bryan said he felt he should've walked out last night WWE World Heavyweight Champion, but Rollins slid out of last night with the title. Bryan said it had to of come from Triple H, but he's already shut him up once, but his attention's now at Bray Wyatt. Renee Young then says she's getting word that Bray Wyatt's here tonight, wanting to explain, and Daniel says he'd love to hear it, as he walks away.

Dolph Ziggler def. Rusev w/Lana
Ziggler rolled Rusev up from behind and got the win, but wasn't wise enough to leave the ring, because he was attacked afterwards and put in The Accolade until passing out.

Divas Champion Charlotte exits the locker room and is met by a microphone in her face from Renee Young, who is concerned for Becky Lynch. Charlotte said that Becky took a bad fall, but she's a trooper, and she'll be better. Team BAD then walked up to Charlotte and mocked her and Becky, before Tamina steps up and says she won tonight, and brings up the fact that Charlotte has yet to pin her. Charlotte said she's not afraid of either of Tamina, and if she wants, she'll face her in the ring tonight! Tamina says she's on, as Team BAD then step away from the shot, but Naomi and Sasha attack Charlotte when she isn't watching, leaving her outside the trainers room after being slammed into a crate.

Lucha Dragons def. Prime Time Players
Kalisto nailed a Salida del Sol off the top rope, pinning Darren Young and scoring the pinfall in some tag team action.

Emma is backstage and Dana Brooke comes up to her, so excited about Emma's win last night and congratulates her. Dana Brooke says she loved the thrill from Raw last week, and can't wait for them to accomplish more together now they're up at NXT. Stephanie then walks by and asks Emma if he's here yet, and Emma says he texted her and said he's on his way. Stephanie gives a thumbs up and asks what Dana Brooke's doing here, as she walks away. Dana asks what that's about, and Emma says that her boyfriend's coming to the arena for his Raw debut. Dana just looks at Emma dumbfounded, as Emma apologizes, and as Emma walks away, it seems Dana Brooke puts the puzzle pieces together.

Tamina w/Team BAD def. Charlotte in a non-title match
Tamina perhaps knocked a tooth out of Charlotte with a Superkick, and made sure she had her for good measure with a Superfly Splash to pin the Divas Champion!

As Team BAD was leaving the ring, Emma came out with a mic, and as Charlotte was on the outside, Emma showed fake sympathy towards Charlotte before saying she was coming for her title soon. Emma then went through her journey, that's ended back on the main roster after beating Summer Rae last night at the Royal Rumble. Emma said now is the time to introduce who she's called to join Raw with her, and to welcome back... KAVAL! Fresh new music hit as Kaval has come back to WWE, not wearing his jumpsuit, but more of the attire he's accustomed to wearing around the world. He's got a swagger to him, as he enters the ring and kisses Emma, before taking the mic. Kaval says he's back and is going to use this opportunity to earn titles and be the best. Kaval then hands the mic back to Emma, as he takes off the gold necklace around his neck, while Emma goes to challenge anyone in the back.

Kaval used the infamous Warrior's Way finishing move to win this match.

Bray Wyatt makes his way to the ring with The Wyatt Family, as they set up his rocking chair, and Bray sits in it with his monumental-sized family members behind him. Bray Wyatt goes into speaking his own language, before simplifying and reminds the fans they chant he has the whole world in his hands, and that's true, which means he also has the world title in his hands, and it won't go to a single person it shall not go to, and that's Daniel Bryan. Wyatt warns Rollins that he's coming for him, but he has to bring the goat back to the slaughter. Bray laughs before the lights rise and Wyatt looks around, until Daniel Bryan's music hits. Bryan runs to the ring and Wyatt escapes, as Daniel takes on Harper, Rowan, and Strowman 3-on-1. Bray Wyatt laughs at Bryan's stupidity, until the music of Roman Reigns hits. Roman Reigns heads down the steps, as Bray asks him to bring it on, as Reigns looks to be carrying a steel chair. Then that music is interrupted by the theme of Dean Ambrose, as he runs down with two kendo sticks, and he slides in the ring and begins swinging away. Bray's got his head turned to the action inside the ring, as Roman jumps the barricade and blasts Bray with the steel chair, drops it, and then throws Bray into the steps. Reigns picks the steel chair back up and after Ambrose and Bryan has already taken out Harper and Rowan, the three men go after Braun Strowman, before he tumbles through the ropes and to the floor. Bray Wyatt recruits his family members away, as they retreat through the crowd, with Bryan, Reigns, and Ambrose standing tall.

We immediately go backstage, where Triple H is on his cell phone, as Heyman and Lesnar approach him. Paul Heyman brings up a fact that Seth Rollins has never truly beaten Brock Lesnar, as he pinned Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, and then in Lesnar's rematch, The Undertaker showed up. Heyman says he's offering his Beast's services next week if Rollins can't get the job done. Triple H nods his head in agreement to Paul Heyman, that is if Seth Rollins is pinned in the main event next, he'll go one-on-one with Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship next week on Monday Night Raw.

After Rollins retreated, leaving Del Rio high and dry, Cesaro would hit the Neutralizer on Del Rio, before tagging in Cena and letting Cena force ADR to tap out to the STF, while Seth says he's not defending his title next week, but Cesaro taunts Rollins from afar, as Raw goes off the air.

After winning at the Royal Rumble, Emma's moved up onto the main roster, and a topping on it would be bring someone else with her. Instead of calling someone up from NXT, like Dana Brooke, she used it on her storyline boyfriend's return, Kaval. It's circulating that despite Dana Brooke not getting the callup now, it's expected very soon. Some rivalries they're looking at giving Dana are Emma and the Bella Twins.


After losing the titles to The Usos, and gaining them right back at the Royal Rumble, this is beginning for the fans to get annoyed with the tag team division, and they used the Lucha Dragons match to troll. However, WWE feels that the tag division has become stale and repetitive, and they are currently looking at NXT's tag team division, with perhaps one of them getting a callup by the summer.


John Cena returned at the Royal Rumble, and it seems that since his last match was with Alberto Del Rio, they're likely to put the title back on Cena for a run through 2016. This isn't a confirmed rumor, as there's also a rumor going around that John Cena is a viable opponent for The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32, which Cena likely wouldn't hold that title headed into a match of that magnitude.


Sheamus still holds the Money in the Bank briefcase from last summer, and WWE creative are having a difficult time figuring out when he could cash it in. Creative is even unsettled to it being a successful cash-in or not. They just do not know what to do with Sheamus, as he hasn't wrestled in a nationally televised match since December 14th, losing to Neville on the Red Arrow, and hasn't been on a Pay-Per-View since Hell in a Cell's Kickoff, losing that as well in 6-man tag action.

Busy Thursday Night?

Bray Wyatt opened SmackDown with a promo on Daniel Bryan. He also used this time to send a warning out to Ambrose and Reigns, if they want to mess with his family again.

In divas action, Emma was accompanied by her boyfriend Kaval as he helped her defeat the veteran Natalya.

The commentary team of SmackDown showed a tweet out from John Cena, claiming since he beat Del Rio on Raw, that this Monday he'll get an United States Championship Match with the champ, and that he'll take back the title for the United States of America, with a hashtag #Cena2016. This was before Alberto's match with Zack Ryder, who couldn't take the pain of the Cross Armbreaker.

The Dudley Boyz were able to beat The Usos in a 20-minute long tag team match, an epic showdown between the two teams, that got a standing ovation from the crowd. This outshined the other tag match earlier in the night, where The Ascension beat their NXT rival Lucha Dragons with the Fall of Man on Sin Cara.

In the main event, the Royal Rumble Winner Cesaro beat The Miz after The Miz's remarks earlier in the night on MizTV, claiming Cesaro of being the least talented Rumble winner in history, which set Cesaro off earlier. Cesaro would get his payback at the end, using the Neutralizer to silence the loudspoken Miz.

The music of Roman Reigns hit as he and Ambrose went down the steps together. They began tonight's episode, calling out the Wyatt Family for all their tricks. Reigns said he and Ambrose won't go down without a fight, and simultaneously that Reigns is speaking, Ambrose is throwing steel chairs, kendo sticks, trash cans, into the ring and anything that's not nailed down. Ambrose and Reigns wait for the Wyatts to come out for a good ole fashioned fight, until they hear Daniel Bryan's music hit. Bryan comes out and says he's ready for combat too, as he picks up a trash can lid. The three wait, but Bray Wyatt just pops up on the titantron laughing. Bray plays with their minds as he says he's not coming down there with his family, or else Roman and Dean would be embarrassed yet again, while Daniel Bryan would sing a farewell to his career. Bray Wyatt says if they want his family, they should get them at Fastlane, but Bray says he wants Daniel Bryan to himself, before maniacally laughing and popping off the screen to commercial.

Lucha Dragons def. The New Day (w/Xavier Woods) in a non-title match
As Xavier's trying to get involved, The Usos walk out and turn the tables on The New Day's antics, with Kalisto capitalizing with a Salida del Sol on Kofi, followed by a High Angled Senton of Sin Cara's for the win!

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are in their office on the couch together, when Seth Rollins comes in, getting in Triple H's face, bragging of his own self intelligence for getting himself out of a pickle last week, or should he say, tonight. Triple H shook his head, but applauded Rollins for doing that, but he still has to compete tonight. Seth was speechless as he heard he gets to wrestle Dolph Ziggler tonight.

Bo Dallas def. The Miz
The New Day came out during the match to complain about The Usos getting involved in their match tonight, and wisely with a rollup from behind, Bo Dallas got one over on The Miz!

The commentators announce a match breaking into their headsets, that Bray Wyatt has agreed to send one of his family members to the ring later tonight to wrestle, but it must be against Dean Ambrose. Ambrose has agreed to the terms!

Sasha Banks w/Team BAD def. Charlotte in a non-title match
With Becky Lynch unavailable after last week's injury, Team BAD used their numbers game to manipulate Charlotte and referee, before Sasha scored a pinfall using her brass knuckles.

Alberto Del Rio is in the back with Zeb Colter, as Renee Young is interviewing Del Rio's manager for Alberto's title defense tonight. Zeb said that Alberto Del Rio will have no problem beating John Cena once again here tonight, and Del Rio interrupted Zeb and turned his words against him, telling Zeb to stay in the back and he'll do it on his own tonight, before walking away tense.

Seth Rollins def. Dolph Ziggler in a non-title match
Rollins ended a 20+ minute match, eluding from a Superkick, and hitting a Pedigree on Ziggler to beat The Showoff once more.

After the match, Seth Rollins took the microphone and went on with his accomplishments since he arrived in the WWE, and he's not afraid of anyone. He was bold enough to say he'll defend against anyone at Fastlane and walk out still holding the gold. Rollins says he wants a challenge, and begins naming the people he's already beaten, and wants a fresh face staring him across the ring... The dong hits. Seth's faced turned white before the arena filled with darkness and the ramp with smoke, as The Undertaker stepped out and stared Seth from afar. We get a shot of The Undertaker at the ramp with a microphone in his hands and Seth's on the titantron behind him. The Undertaker says he'll accept Seth's challenge and mentions Fastlane to get the crowd to yell "Rest In Peace" before the music hits once again, and commercial occurs.

After the break, Seth Rollins barges into Triple H's office frightened. Triple H said he got himself into this mess and that at Fastlane, it'll be Seth Rollins versus The Undertaker for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Stephanie McMahon chimes in, capitalizing on Seth's state of mind, and reminds Seth that The Undertaker's quite up there in age. Seth then says it might be a good idea for them to hold Undertaker back, for Taker's safety. Stephanie tells Triple H that Seth might be right, and the only thing she's seen 50-year old men do is bury people... Stephanie then grabs the idea of making it a CASKET MATCH! The crowd roared watching it on the titantron, start chanting "YES!", and Triple H nods and says it's official. Seth Rollins was frozen at how his world's turned around in just one night.

Dean Ambrose arrives in the ring and awaits his opponent tonight from The Wyatt Family. The music hits and the one who comes out is Erick Rowan.

Emma's backstage with her boyfriend Kaval, and is asked by Renee Young what is next. Kaval took over and said it is his turn to stand by Emma's side, and that on SmackDown, she's holding an open challenge up for anyone!

A good main event between the two ended with Del Rio passing out to the STF, refusing to tap, but still loses his title to John Cena as Raw goes off the air.

Busy Thursday Night?

Seth Rollins opened SmackDown, wanting to tell the whole world he's not afraid of The Undertaker. Cesaro walked out and said of course he is, or else he wouldn't be sweating it. Cesaro says it doesn't matter if it is Rollins or Undertaker at WrestleMania, because he's confident he can beat both of them. The Miz then walked out and carried on where he was last week, saying Cesaro doesn't deserve to be in WrestleMania's main event, and it's fallen so far off since he beat John Cena to retain the WWE Championship back a few years ago. Bo Dallas then walked out and corrected Miz, saying the WWE hasn't fallen so far, but it's The Miz's career. Bo reiterated that Miz can change this if he believes, and then Stephanie McMahon came out. Stephanie said that if this was Teddy Long, there'd be a tag match tonight. She said that instead, it'll be a Fatal Four Way match later on in the main event.

Kaval managed his girlfriend Emma to victory, after Natalya had accepted the call, trying to get redemption from last week.

The Usos in tag action against the Prime Time Players was abruptly over after The New Day came out and attacked the two teams. However, the two teams were then aided by the Lucha Dragons and The Dudley Boyz, and this made The New Day flee after taking a few shots.

Zeb Colter was interviewed alone backstage and said if Alberto Del Rio would like for some company down at ringside for his rematch, he's more than willing to accept an apology.

The Wyatt Family sent a message to Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, and Daniel Bryan not to mess with them, after Bray inserted Braun Strowman into a 1-on-3 handicap match with some local unknown jobbers. Bray did use the time with the microphone after the match to say if Braun Strowman could single-handedly annihilate three men, what does Ambrose, Reigns, and Bryan think could happen to them.

Seth Rollins used the entire night to try and sway Stephanie and get her to drop him out of the main event tonight, but to no prevail. The Miz and Seth Rollins decided to work together for the most part of the match, until Miz decided to turn on him, but Rollins sent him into a Bo-Dazzler. Seth would then knock out Bo Dallas with a knee, and Cesaro would roll Seth up for a quick three count.

It has been confirmed by a picture tweeted out by COO Triple H that New Japan superstar Shinsuke Nakamura has been signed by the WWE. He'll be arriving in NXT and people are already asked for a feud with Hideo Itami.

So here's the deal guys ... Once you've been out of a booker for a month-plus, you lose the momentum you had in weekly shows. So with this being brought up, I've come up with a plan. If it works great, if not, I'll find a new project.

Since I basically have a year planned up into this booker, I'll fast forward to Fastlane, tell all that was missed and led up to Fastlane, do that PPV, and resume weekly shows in advance to WrestleMania 32.

I hope that sounds good, because that's the route I intend on taking.
